It is the same 10-minute readiness reflection used in the content library sessions, placed here so it directly supports Step 1.

Instructions

Set a timer for 10 minutes. Answer the questions below as honestly as possible. The goal is not perfect answers. The goal is clarity.

1) Do you have an AI strategy that includes products and capabilities to drive value?

Write down:

• the key elements of your AI strategy,
• which AI products and capabilities you are prioritizing,
• how they connect to your strategic objectives,
• what you would improve in your current setup.

2) Do you follow MLOps cultural and technological practices?

Write down:

• which MLOps practices you currently use,
• where gaps show up in deployment, monitoring, and ownership,
• what you would change to make AI systems easier to run and improve.

3) Do you have an action plan for generative AI?

Write down:

• which opportunities you want to pursue,
• which risks you must manage,
• what your next concrete steps are.
